2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server; no connection is made to Google or other font providers.

4. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (company, name, email address, message) to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is sent to us by email and not passed on to third parties. We delete it once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Videos from Vimeo

On our home page we embed videos from Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., New York, USA). The videos are only loaded when you click on a preview image. Before that, no connection to Vimeo is established; the preview images are stored on our own server. After the click, your browser transmits data such as your IP address and device information to Vimeo, including to the USA. We use the "Do Not Track" parameter so that Vimeo does not track your usage behaviour. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More information: vimeo.com/privacy.

6. External links

Our website contains links to other websites, for example Vimeo, LinkedIn or Instagram. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you follow a link. The respective provider is responsible for its data processing.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
